The upcoming TV anime based on the fantasy light novel series Yusha Party o Oidasareta Kiyobinbo (“The Jack-of-All-Trades Who Was Expelled from the Hero's Party”) revealed a wealth of new information today, including a trailer, key art, information on the opening theme song and additional cast members. The series broadcasts in Japan beginning in January 2026. Yusha Party o Oidasareta Kiyobinbo Trailer Hololive VTuber Tokiyama Towa performs the opening theme song for the series, which is entitled “Silve” and which is sampled in the trailer above. Kodansha publishes a print edition under their Kodansha Ranobe Books Imprint, with 8 volumes published in Japan to date. Itsuki Togami writes and Yuri Kisaragi illustrates the series. Hiroyuki Kanbei directs the TV anime at animation studio42, with Masashi Suzuki on the series composition, Naoto Nakamura on character designs and Tsubasa Handa on music. Yusha Party o Oidasareta Kiyobinbo key art RELATED: Yusha Party o Oidasareta Kiyobino Anime Premieres in January 2026 The story of Yusha Party o Oidasareta Kiyobinbo follows Orun Dura, an adventurer who is expelled from the Hero's adventuring party by his childhood friend and leader of the group, Oliver. Oliver mocks Orun for lacking skill and being a “jack-of-all-trades, master of none”, even though Orun switched from being a Swordsman to an Enchanter for the sake of supporting the party. Dejected and directionless, Orun leaves to prove himself as a solo adventurer, striving to become the strongest “jack-of-all-trades” in order to protect his friends and stand against injustice.
