More classmates are joining the upcoming anime adaptation of You and I Are Polar Opposites! The rom-com series about an unlikely high school couple welcomes two new cast members today, taking on the roles of friends Azuma and Taira. Miyuri Shimabukuro (Inka in Fire Force ) will appear as Azuma, Suzuki's "blonde bombshell" friend. Wataru Kato (Reno Ichikawa in Kaiju No. 8 ) steps into the role of Taira, who has been friends with Azuma for some time and begins hanging out with her circle of friends in high shcool.
