John Doe and Quiet join Sweet Tooth and other marauders in a deadly demolition derby set to Rob Zombie‘s “Dragula” in the the clip from “Twisted Metal” Season 2 below.
Based on the classic PlayStation game series, the high-octane action-comedy series returns to Peacock on July 31.
Following the revelations in the first season finale, John and Quiet find themselves entering the deadly Twisted Metal tournament, a sinister demolition derby hosted by a mysterious man known as Calypso. As they try to survive an onslaught of dangerous new foes and familiar faces alike, including the murderous clown Sweet Tooth, things get complicated for John when he reunites with his long-lost sister, the vigilante Dollface.
Anthony Mackie, Stephanie Beatriz, Joe Seanoa, Will Arnett, and Anthony Carrigan star with Mike Mitchell, Saylor Bell Curda, Patty Guggenheim, Tiana Okoye, Richard De Klerk, Michael James Shaw, and Lisa Gilroy as recurring guest stars.
Michael Jonathan Smith, who developed the show with Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, returns as showrunner.
The 12 new episodes are directed by Phil Sgriccia, Bill Benz, Iain MacDonald, and Bertie Ellwood.
