Following the premiere of its first episode yesterday, the anime adaptation of TOUGEN ANKI shared a creditless version of its action-packed, blood-red opening. The opening is set to the new song "OVERNIGHT" by THE ORAL CIRAGETTES. Yen Press also publishes an English language version of the series under the title Tougen Anki: Legend of the Cursed Blood . Ato Nonaka directs the TV anime at Studio Hibari with Hiroyuki Hashimoto acting as assistant director. Yukie Sugawara provides the series composition and scripts, Ryoko Amisaki provides the character designs, Scott MacDonald provides the art direction and KOHTA YAMAMOTO provides the music. Crunchyroll currently streams the series , described thus: "You inherit the blood of an Oni (demon)…" The bloodlines of "Oni" and "Momotaro" have been passed down among certain humans for generations.
