The TV anime based on the supernatural manga series TOUGEN ANKI will enter its second cour in October 2025, and now that the series is preparing to begin the “Nerima Arc” story-line, it has revealed a new trailer, new key art, information about the new official theme songs for the series and six additional cast members. Akita Shoten serializes the original TOUGEN ANKI manga by Yura Urushibara in their Weekly Shonen Champion manga magazine. Yen Press also publishes an English language version of the series under the title Tougen Anki: Legend of the Cursed Blood . Ato Nonaka directs the TV anime at Studio Hibari with Hiroyuki Hashimoto acting as assistant director. Yukie Sugawara provides the series composition and scripts, Ryoko Amisaki provides the character designs, Scott MacDonald provides the art direction and KOHTA YAMAMOTO provides the music.
