Coinciding with the release of TOUGEN ANKI Episode 24 of the series, the series announced today that the anime will continue with the production of a sequel based on the “Nikko Kegon Falls Arc” of the manga. A trailer and a teaser art for the newly announced arc were also published. The release date for the sequel arc was not revealed at the time of reporting. Yen Press also publishes an English-language version of the series under the title Tougen Anki: Legend of the Cursed Blood . Ato Nonaka directs the TV anime at Studio Hibari with Hiroyuki Hashimoto acting as assistant director. Yukie Sugawara provides the series composition and scripts, Ryoko Amisaki provides the character designs, Scott MacDonald provides the art direction and KOHTA YAMAMOTO provides the music.
