Check out the top 5 My Hero Academia Moments of all time below! 5. United States of Smash My Hero Academia Season 3 | 5% of votes RELATED: The Best All Might Smashes From My Hero Academia The rematch between All Might and All For One was inevitable, leading to a monumental battle that would pave the way for a new generation of heroes. With Deku and the rest of the world watching, All Might used the very last of his power to deliver the iconic United States of Smash, standing tall in his more beaten-up form. As he declared the words, “Next, it’s your turn,” he probably didn’t realize that this wasn’t just a turning point for Young Midoriya, but for himself as well, leading to Yagi Toshinori being just as strong (arguably stronger) than All Might. 4. All Might Tells Deku He Can Be a Hero My Hero Academia Season 1 | 9% of votes RELATED: 40 My Hero Academia Quotes Worth Remembering We’re told quite often that the greatest heroes had moments where their bodies simply moved on their own. Such is the case with Deku early on in My Hero Academia as he runs in to try and save Bakugo, even after being told for most of his life that he couldn't be a hero because he doesn’t have a Quirk. This inspires All Might in a way that’s felt throughout the series, proving to the legendary hero (and viewers of the series itself) that anyone has the potential of being a hero as long as they’re willing to put their best foot forward. 3. Endeavor and Hawks vs. the High-End Nomu My Hero Academia Season 4 | 17% of votes RELATED: Endeavor — The Perfect Number One Hero? In the wake of All Might’s retirement, a new number one hero steps up to take the top spot, or rather, he gets it by default. After everything Endeavor’s done in his journey to become a hero, him not fully earning the number one spot is the kind of blemish he deserves. Left to reflect on his actions, Endeavor has to come to terms with a lot of harsh truths about himself and what he’s done to his family. When he faces the High-End Nomu, he can’t help but see himself in the monstrous foe, but that’s really just the beginning of what’s to come. 2. The Sports Festival: Deku vs Todoroki My Hero Academia Season 2 | 19% of votes RELATED: Which Todoroki Sibling From My Hero Academia Are You Most Like? Shoto Todoroki’s story is one that carries main character energy. As the son of the number two hero, Shoto starts My Hero Academia being incredibly bitter toward his father, and for good reason. His refusal to acknowledge the fiery part of his Quirk is his way of dismissing Endeavor, but as he faces Deku in the Sports Festival, he’s told something he’ll spend the rest of the series learning to understand: “It’s yours! Your Quirk, not his!” When talking about character growth in My Hero Academia , there are a lot of great candidates to choose from , but Shoto learning to accept this part of himself is one of the most compelling stories of the series. 1. Do Your Best, Deku! My Hero Academia FINAL SEASON | 48% of votes RELATED: Farewell Class 1-A: What My Hero Academia Means to Me The moment with an overwhelming amount of votes comes in the final season of My Hero Academia . Everything has led to this, culminating in an inspiring amount of teamwork as Deku runs forward to deliver the final blow. It’s not only an emotional callback to some heartfelt moments (Inko Midoriya running forward the way Deku did way back in My Hero Academia Episode 2 combined with “You Say Run” playing in the background comes to mind), but it highlights one of the series’ best lessons: you don’t have to fight alone, and we accomplish great things if we work together and rely on each other. Seeing this told through the eyes of one of anime’s biggest underdogs truly makes an impact.
