Though I Am an Inept Villainess: Tale of the Butterfly-Rat Body Swap in the Maiden Court Anime Reveals Kin Seika Birthday Art

To celebrate the birthday of the character Kin Seika, the TV anime adaptation of the Though I Am an Inept Villainess: Tale of the Butterfly-Rat Body Swap in the Maiden Court light novel series published a new piece of art (below) of her as illustrated by series artist YukiKana. The Though I Am an Inept Villainess: Tale of the Butterfly-Rat Body Swap in the Maiden Court light novels were originally published beginning in July 2020 on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website. Ichijinsha releases the light novels under the Ichijinsha Novels imprint, with 11 volumes published in Japan since December 2020. Satsuki Nakamura writes and YukiKana illustrates the series. A manga adaptation by Ei Ohitsuji began in June 2021 in Monthly Comic Zero Sum , with nine volumes released in Japan to date. Mitsue Yamazaki directs the TV anime adaptation at animation studio Doga Kobo, with series composition by Yoshiko Nakamura and character designs by Ai Kikuchi. The series will broadcast in Japan in 2026.
