Academy Award winner The Substance will change your life on HBO Max beginning October 10.
The satirical body horror movie stars Demi Moore, Margaret Qualley, and Dennis Quaid.
Elisabeth Sparkle, a former A-lister past her prime, is suddenly fired from her fitness TV show. She is then drawn to the opportunity presented by a mysterious new drug: The Substance. All it takes is one injection and she is reborn – temporarily – as the gorgeous, 20-somthing Sue.
Coralie Fargeat (Revenge) writes and directs.
