In addition to the re-edited scenes from the TV anime, the film depicts Kyotaro's sister Kana's live scene, and "that moment between Ichikawa and Yamada,” which are subsequent episodes after the second season. The film is scheduled to premiere in Japan on February 13, 2026. The TV anime's director Hiroaki Akagi ( Teasing Master Takagi-san , A Couple of Cuckoos ) serves as the chief director of the film, alongside director Dali Chen.
