Fantasy light novel series to TV anime adaptation The Brilliant Healer's New Life in the Shadows enters the “Royal Institute of Healing” chapter beginning with the broadcast of episode 8 on May 22, 2025, and today the series published a new trailer and new key art to hint at things to come. The series also revealed three additional cast members. The original The Brilliant Healer's New Life in the Shadows light novels are written by Sakaku Hishikawa, illustrated by Daburyu and published in Japan by SB Creative under their GA Novel imprint. J-Novel Club also publishes an English language version of the series. Joe Yoshizaki directs the TV anime at animation studio Makaria. Taika Miyagi provides the series composition and Harumi Fuuki provides the music.
