The Apothecary Diaries Anime Casts Natsumi Fujiwara as Fox Village Boy

Maomao is about to head into the Fox Village in the next episode of  The Apothecary Diaries  later this week. A bunch of new faces await her ! One of those faces is Kyou-u, who was announced today on the series’ official account to be voiced by Natsumi Fujiwara (Damian Desmond in SPY x FAMILY ).  RELATED: The Apothecary Diaries Anime Unveils Cherry Blossom Seasonal Visual The Apothecary Diaries  has Norihiko Naganuma ( The Ancient Magus' Bride ) as director and series composer, with Akinori Fudesaka ( Tsuredure Children ) serving as assistant director at TOHO animation STUDIO and OLM. Crunchyroll  streams  the historical drama anime, now in its second season, and describes the story as such: Maomao lived a peaceful life with her apothecary father. Until one day, she’s sold as a lowly servant to the emperor’s palace. But she wasn’t meant for a compliant life among royalty. So when imperial heirs fall ill, she decides to step in and find a cure!
