The Drecom Industry Panel at Anime Expo announced today that the Yuji Yuji-written light novel series The 100th Timeʼs the Charm: She Was Executed 99 Times, So How Did She Unlock ʻSuper Loveʼ Mode?! – Her 100th Life Begins as She Awakens to Her True Power , known in Japan as Kukurupu , will be getting an anime adaptation. A teaser video was released alongside messages from the light novel and manga creators. The 100th Timeʼs the Charm Anime Teaser Video Light novel illustrator Hidaka Nami ( My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! ) drew a celebratory visual and character portrait for the announcement, while manga illustrator Kai Roharu also drew a celebratory visual and a new four-panel manga strip. TV Anime Announced The 100th Timeʼs the Charm ’s original story was published on the Shosetsuka ni Naro self-publishing site by Oreshura creator Yuji Yuji under the pseudonym Hima Maruyama. The series was picked up for physical publication by Drecom Media and has since had three volumes released and a five-volume manga adaptation by Roharu Kai. J-Novel Club releases the series in English, describing the story as such: Alphina is falsely accused of plotting to assassinate Saint Debonaire.
