Sydney Sweeney Meets the Family in Paul Feig’s ‘The Housemaid’ Clip

Sydney Sweeney (Immaculate) meets the Winchesters, the wealthy family she agrees to work for as a live-in maid, in the clip from The Housemaid below.

From director Paul Feig (Ghostbusters, A Simple Favor), the salacious thriller opens in theaters on December 19 via Lionsgate.

In the film, Millie, trying to escape her past, accepts a position as a live-in housemaid for a wealthy family. But what begins as a dream job quickly unravels into something far more dangerous — a sexy, seductive game of secrets, scandal, and power.

Amanda Seyfried (Jennifer’s Body), Brandon Sklenar (Drop), Michele Morrone (Another Simple Favor), and Elizabeth Perkins (“Weeds”) round out the cast.

Rebecca Sonnenshine (“The Boys,” “The Vampire Diaries”) wrote the script, based on Freida McFadden‘s 2022 novel of the same name.

Feig produces with Todd Lieberman (The Fighter, Warm Bodies) and Laura Fischer.
