Later this month, anime studio Satelight planned to give back to the fans via its 30th anniversary event SATE FES . The event advertised live readings from the casts of various Macross and Aquarion series, a performance from virtual idol Hatsune Miku and much more. As of today, however, the event has been postponed until further notice. An official notices states that the event, which will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the studio's founding, must be postponed "due to various circumstances." No further information has been given regarding the reasons for the postponement. However, it looks as though this isn't an outright cancellation—event staff is currently seeking out a new set of dates, and will announce them as soon as they're confirmed.
