The upcoming special sequel episodes to the Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin TV anime revealed a new trailer today along with a new cast addition. In the episodes, voice actor Asami Imai plays the role of Uketamahime . A continuation of the Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin TV anime that broadcast from July to September in 2024, the special episodes will air in Japan on February 15 and 22, 2026. The episodes focus on Princess Kokorowa, a goddess of invention and Sakuna's best friend, attempting to grow rice.
