The upcoming TV anime based on the geology-themed manga Ruri Rocks (known as Ruri no Houseki in Japan) unveiled a new character trailer today focusing on protagonist Ruri Tanigawa (voiced by Miyari Nemoto). The series broadcasts in Japan beginning on July 6. Crunchyroll also plans to stream the series as part of the summer 2025 anime simulcast lineup . Shingo Fuji directs the TV anime at Studio Bind. Michiko Yokote provides the series composition, Mayu Fujii provides the character designs, and Daisuke Achiwa and Kazuki Yanagawa provide the music. Crunchyroll describes Ruri Rocks : The story of the series follows Ruri, a high school girl who loves jewelry, who develops an interest in the world of mineral collecting after encountering Nagi, a graduate student studying mineralogy.
