Starting today, kids can celebrate summer vacation with their favorite Pokémon! The official Pokémon YouTube channel will be premiering two animated "summer vacation" shorts, the first of which — "First Outing with Morpeko" — is now available to watch. The 11-minute short follows a boy named Shota and his partner 'mon Morpeko as they prepare to attend the Pokémon Beach Festival together. The #1 draw is a special guest appearance from their idol, the hero Bisharp. But everything seems to go wrong on the way, from Shota's beloved Bisharp shirt being out of commission to a scary run-in with a Sandygast. Will the two make it to the Beach Festival in time to see their fave onstage? Kei Shindo (Mollie in Pokémon Horizons , Lillie in Pokémon Sun & Moon ) stars as Shota in the short.
