The upcoming TV anime based on the romantic comedy manga Plus-Sized Misadventures in Love! published a bunch of new information today, including a new trailer, new key art, additional cast members and new info on the official theme songs for the series. The series broadcasts in Japan beginning on October 6, 2025. Crunchyroll will also stream it as part of the fall 2025 anime simulcast lineup. Plus-Sized Misadventures in Love! Trailer # 2 The new cast members include: Saki Tamai voiced by Akari Kito Hiroki Maezono voiced by Tomokazu Sugita Yutaka Shigemori voiced by Takuya Eguchi Masahiko Hosoi voiced by Eiji Takeuchi GANG PARADE performs the opening theme song for the series, entitled “Happy Yummy Lucky Yummy”. Yuma Uchida (who voices Keisuke Yuki in the series) performs the ending theme song, which is entitled “Watashi de Yokkata!!!” (“I'm Glad It's Me!!!”). NTT Solmare serializes the original Plus-Sized Misadventures in Love! manga by mamakari in their Koisuru Soirée digital manga magazine. Kazuomi Koga directs the TV anime at animation studio Marvy Jack, with Aya Watatane on series composition, Atsuko Takahashi on character designs and Satoshi Hono and Kaori Nakano on music.
