The third season of Oshi no Ko is just around the corner. Today, the show's official website and social media have confirmed a January 2026 release window for the ongoing anime adaptation of Aka Akasaka and Mengo Yokoyari's hit manga. Along with this announcement comes a new teaser visual, as well as some new cast additions. Ruby takes the spotlight in the new teaser visual, following on from the "two-sided" Ruby and Aqua visuals released earlier this year. This time, Ruby is on the set of Internet variety show Dig Deep! One Chance!! Oshi no Ko Season 3 Teaser Video Oshi no Ko Season 3 Teaser Visual RELATED: Oshi no Ko Season 3 Anime Releases Aqua Teaser Visual The fully-voiced teaser video also introduces two new cast members: Shun Yoshizumi: Yuto Takenaka Tetsu Urushibara: Yoji Ueda (Eisen in Frieren: Beyond Journey's End ) Beyond that, it was announced that the series will hold its first virtual live concert, kicking off B-Komachi Live Tour 2026 – Beyond the Brilliance VirtualLive – with a performance at the Aichi Prefectural Arts Theater Main Hall in Aichi on April 25 and 26, 2026. 12 performances in total are planned across Aichi, Osaka and Tokyo next year. The series is based on the manga written by Aka Akasaka ( Kaguya-sama: Love is War ) and illustrated by Mengo Yokoyari ( Scum's Wish ). Manga Plus digitally publishes an official English version of the manga and describes the story: "In the world of showbiz, lies are weapons." Goro works as an OB-GYN in the countryside, a life far removed from the entertainment industry. Meanwhile, his favorite idol, Ai Hoshino, has begun her climb to stardom. The two meet in the "worst possible way," setting the gears of fate in motion!
