Ahead of an October 2025 broadcast, One-Punch Man Season 3 continued its run of highlighting questionably named Mysterious Beings with three new visuals dedicated to President Ugly, Homeless Emperor and Black Sperm, which are illustrated by character designers Ryosuke Shirokawa and Shinjiro Kuroda. Tomohiro Suzuki works on the series composition, with Chikashi Kubota, Shinjiro Kuroda and Ryosuke Shirokawa serve as character designers and Makoto Miyazaki serving as music composer. VIZ Media publishes the series in English and describes the story: Every time a promising villain appears, Saitama beats the snot out of ’em with one punch!
