Shudder has announced their line of original, exclusive, and catalog titles coming to the all-horror streaming service in September, giving us a first look at their Night of the Reaper.
A Shudder Original Film, Night of the Reaper comes from director Brandon Christensen (Still/Born, Z, Superhost, The Puppetman), and it will begin streaming on September 19.
Here’s the synopsis: “In the wake of the brutal murder of a teenaged babysitter, College Student Deena returns home for the weekend and is roped into a babysitting gig of her own.
“When the sheriff is mailed a piece of evidence that proves the murder may not have been an isolated incident, he is led on a scavenger hunt to reveal the killer may be planning a sequel.”

In addition to directing, Brandon Christensen is also an accomplished visual effects artist. He worked on Spiral, VFW, Influencer, It’s a Wonderful Knife, and Jimmy and Stiggs.
