In 10 days, Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid: A Lonely Dragon Wants to Be Loved premieres in Japanese cinemas. Theatergoers can look forward to not just a fun movie, but also some cute take-home gifts! While supplies last, each attendee will receive one of six adorable mini-illustrations. These six mini colored papers feature new art work by the film's character designer, Miku Kadowaki. Theatergoers will receive one at random, featuring Tohru, Kanna, Elma, Quetzalcoatl, Ilulu or Fafnir. Distribution of the artwork commences on opening day, June 27 , and will continue while supplies last. Tatsuya Ishihara directs the film at animation studio Kyoto Animation. Yuka Yamada provides the script and Miku Kadowaki provides the character designs and serves as chief animation director. Crunchyroll streams the Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid TV anime and describes it: Miss Kobayashi is your average office worker who lives a boring life, alone in her small apartment–until she saves the life of a female dragon in distress. The dragon, named Tohru, has the ability to magically transform into an adorable human girl (albeit with horns and a long tail!), who will do anything to pay off her debt of gratitude, whether Miss Kobayashi likes it or not.
