Minecraft Dragon Ball Z DLC Recreates Classic Arcs with Blocky Battles

Following an earlier tease, the Minecraft x Dragon Ball Z DLC officially launched this week with familiar faces recreated in an appropriately blocky way. The DLC lets players jump into the boots of characters like Goku, Vegeta, Trunks and more, duking it out in a bunch of iconic arenas from the series. Among those represented are arenas from the Cell Games and World Martial Arts Tournament. You can join in on these tournaments cooperatively or take part in five-on-five brawls, as depicted in the launch trailer below. Depending on the fighter selected, moves like the Kamehameha, Galick Gun, Ki Blast and more will be at their disposal. Beyond fighting in themed arenas, players will be able to chill at Capsule Corporation, and the included skin pack lets them stay in character no matter where they roam in Minecraft .
