Milky☆Subway , the sequel to Yohei Kameyama's CG-animated short Milky☆Highway , premieres in just two days. But you can enjoy the music of the new project now, thanks to a lyric video for new insert song Tokimeki★Meteostrike. The video credits "Minami Minase," an as-yet-unmentioned character, as the lyricist for the new song. Singer and voice actress Yukari Tamura is the actual voice behind the song. Yohei Kameyama writes, directs, produces and handles sound production and character design for Milky☆Subway: The Galactic Limited Express . The short will premiere July 3 on TOKYO MX and YouTube. The project's official website describes it thus: Super human Chiharu and cyborg Makina got arrested for breaking space traffic laws. They're stuck with a crew of misfits who got caught around the same time: Akane and Kanata, the super human pair; and Kurt and Max, the cyborg pals. Ryoko, the police officer, sentenced them to clean up the interplanetary train – the so-called “Milky☆Subway,” as their community service. It should've been a simple job – until the train suddenly takes off into deep space! The crew scrambles in confusion as chaos unfolds onboard! No purpose! No principle! No point!
