The inaugural Midnight Fest will take place at the Capitol Theatre in Arlington, MA from October 1-5.
The first annual event has amassed an impressive collection of special guests to participate in post-screening Q&As:
- Lights Out with director David F. Sandberg
- It Follows with composer Disasterpeace
- Hell House LLC with writer-director Stephen Cognetti
- “Courage the Cowardly Dog” with creator John Dilworth
The line-up also includes repertory showings of Ringu, The Changeling, and Donnie Darko; an advance screening of Shell; indie features Beezel, Bodycam, Meat Kills, and Bad Haircut; and the premiere the original horror anthology Salem Night.
There are also short film screenings, indie filmmaker panels, networking mixers, an award ceremony, and a wrap party.
