Mega Man: Dual Override Brings Blue Bomber Back in 2027

Capcom has big plans for Mega Man if you don’t mind a little bit of a wait. Mega Man: Dual Override was revealed during The Game Awards as a brand-new side-scrolling entry in the series, with plans to launch on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch and PC (Steam) sometime in 2027. In the meantime, Capcom brought back the classic Robot Master design contest, giving fans a chance to design the look of one of Mega Man’s new foes. They’re specifically looking for a “unique design for a Robot Master with a giant suction arm!” You can submit yours right here from now until January 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PST, and check out the Dual Override reveal trailer below.
