Maebashi Witches Anime Cast Performs "Shabon Tension" Live in Latest Concert Clip

The real-world version of Maebashi Witches —the five talented singers playing their characters both in the new anime and onstage—is back with a new concert clip! The latest clip from Maebashi Witches Live ~Anata ga Nozomu Nara OPEN~ Chapter 2 has just gone live, featuring a performance of episode 3's "Shabon Tension." The song features Hinano Sakikawa (as Azu) as center, and features scenes from the anime playing behind the performers. And, of course, there's plenty of cheering from the fans! The event will cover the events of episodes 4 and 5, retelling the story of Mai and Yua with new songs and a newly-written live reading. Junichi Yamamoto ( More than a Married Couple, but Not Lovers. ) directs Maebashi Witches at SUNRISE Studios, with Erika Yoshida ( BOCCHI THE ROCK! ) on series composition. Nozomi Tachibana ( Kemono Jihen ) adapts Yu Inami's original character designs for animation and Yuri Habuka handles music.
