Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP – Nintendo Switch 2 edition was previously set to launch on March 26, 2026, but those plans have changed. Dragami Games announced a delay to an unspecified date, citing the need for “significant updates not only to the Nintendo Switch 2 version but also to the currently released Nintendo Switch version." The message goes on to apologize to fans who have been waiting for the Switch 2 release. As for a new release date, Dragami Games will make an announcement “as soon as preparations are complete.” Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP made its way to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch and PC (Steam) on September 12, 2024. PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions followed on December 2, 2024. The original version of Lollipop Chainsaw —developed by Grasshopper Manufacture, with Tomo Ikeda and Suda51 directing based on a story by Masahiro Yuki and James Gunn—launched in 2012.
