Live-Action ONE PIECE Season 3 Dances to the Tune of Bon Clay Casting

Last week, we got news that the Straw Hats will be heading on their next live-action adventure on March 10, 2026, with the second season of the live-action  ONE PIECE  series. Looking ahead, the official X (formerly Twitter) account has revealed the first casting for the third season of the live-action adaptation of Eiichiro Oda’s epic manga series – Cole Escola as Bon Clay. A new behind-the-scenes look at Season 2 was also released, showing the scale of the Going Merry and teasing the Straw Hats taking on Baroque Works members Miss All Sunday and Miss Wednesday. Stage and screen actor Cole Escola is best known for their roles on TV as Chassie in At Home with Amy Sedaris and Chip in Search Party, as well as their award-winning performances as First Lady Mary Todd Lincoln in the Broadway show Oh, Mary! , where they also wrote and were a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize for Drama in 2025. Bon Clay is a member of Baroque Works, under the name Mr. 2 Bon Clay, who chases the Straw Hats to Alabasta. This casting almost confirms that Season 3 of the live-action series will begin the story with the start of the arc.  RELATED: Live-Action ONE PIECE Season 2 Drums Up March 10, 2026 Release Date The first season of the live-action  ONE PIECE  series debuted on August 31, 2023, and garnered positive reviews from fans and critics, with praise spotlighting the series' cast, including Iñaki Godoy as Monkey D. Luffy. Season 2 is currently set to release on March 10, 2026.
