The upcoming TV anime based on the fantasy light novel series Kunon the Sorcerer Can See revealed a teaser trailer and a new cast addition today. The series broadcasts in Japan on TOKYO MX, BS Asashi and WOWOW beginning in January 2026, and Crunchyroll will also simulcast it . Mirica Huguria and Akari Kito The original Kunon the Sorcerer Can See light novels began publication in August 2021 on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website, and Fujimi Shobo also publishes a print version in Japan under their Kadokawa Books imprint with 7 volumes released to date. Umikaze Minamino writes and Laruha illustrates the series. Yen Press publishes an English language version. Hideaki Oba directs the TV anime at animation studio Platinum Vision, with series composition and scripts by Yuki Enatsu, character designs by Yoko Sato and Toshimitsu Kobayashi and music by Shunsuke Takizawa of TRYTONELABO.
