Kingdom Season 6 continues the epic seinen manga adaptation this season, following Xin on his journey to become a great general. Season 6 key art Shueisha serializes the original original Kingdom manga by Yasuhisa Hara in their Weekly Young Jump seinen manga magazine. The series began in January 2006 with 77 volumes published in Japan to date. VIZ Media will also publish an English language version of the series, scheduled to begin releasing in November 2025. Kenichi Imaizumi directs Kingdom Season 6 at animation studios Pierrot and Studio Signpost, with series composition by Noboru Takagi, character designs by Hisashi Abe and music by Hiroyuki Sawano and KOHTA YAMAMOTO. Crunchyroll streams the previous five seasons and Season 6 as it airs, describing the series thus: Xin and Piao are war-orphans in the kingdom of Qin. They dream of proving themselves on the battlefield until the day Piao is captured by a minister. The boy manages to escape and return to his village, but he is badly injured.
