Fantasy slice-of-life manga series #Kanagawa ni Sunderu Elf ("Elves Living in Kanagawa") is about to receive not one, but two adaptations later this year: a live-action drama and a light anime. The series, written and illustrated by Yoroida, follows a community of elves forced to abandon their home after a forest fire two years prior. Now, elves mingle among humans in Kanagawa Prefecture. The story follows elves, humans and other creatures in different cities across the region. The live-action drama will premiere September 30 , and will be written and directed by Oolongta Yoshida.
