Detective Conan: One-eyed Flashback has stayed in first place at the Japanese box office for four consecutive weekends since its release, according to Kogyo Tsushinsha . In the weekend of May 9-11, the first weekend after the Golden Week holiday period, the 28th Detective Conan/Case Closed anime feature film earned 662 million yen (4.46 million USD) on 444,000 admissions, 53.5% down from last weekend . After 23 days of release, the film's cumulative total gross now stands at 11.3 billion yen (76.21 million USD) on 7.86 million admissions. It is now the 36th top-grossing film in Japan's box office ranking of all-time , surpassing The Matrix Reloaded (2003) and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (2005).
