James Frain & Eliza Scanlen Join ‘Mayfair Witches’ Season 3

James Frain (“True Blood”) and Eliza Scanlen (“Sharp Objects”) have been cast in “Mayfair Witches” Season 3, Deadline reports.

Frain will play Solomon and Scanlen will portray Jessica. Details of their roles are under wraps.

They join returning stars Alexandra Daddario, Harry Hamlin, Tongayi Chirisa, and Alyssa Jirrels, along with new additions Michiel Huisman (“The Haunting of Hill House”) and Betsy Brandt (“Breaking Bad”).

Adapted from Anne Rice‘s Lives of the Mayfair Witches novel trilogy, the third season of “Mayfair Witches” just started production in Vancouver, Canada.

It will dive deeper into the mythology of witchcraft, introduce new ‘spellbound’ families, and feature some of the historical happenings of Salem, MA, the infamous town of witch trials and folklore.

Thomas Schnauz (“Breaking Bad,” “Better Call Saul”) has joined as co-showrunner alongside Esta Spalding, who co-created the series with Michelle Ashford.

“Mayfair Witches” premiered in 2023 as the second series in AMC’s Anne Rice Immortal Universe following “Interview with the Vampire.” The latest addition, “Talamasca: The Secret Order,” kicked off last week.
