The cute cat characters that comprise illustrator Juno’s mofusand are getting animated. A mofusand short anime was announced for a January 7, 2026 premiere, and the first episode is now streaming in advance on the official QTORY YouTube channel. When the anime launches it will be available on YouTube and other streaming platforms, with new episodes premiering each Wednesday at 8:00 a.m. JST. The mofusand characters have inspired various collaborations and a bunch of merchandise since debuting on Juno’s X (formerly Twitter) account . There’s also an illustrated book that made its way to English audiences as Falling In Love With A Traveling Cat: Mofusand's 1st Illustration Book! via Udon Entertainment, which describes it like so: Where would you like to travel?
