An official website and X (formerly Twitter) account opened today revealed that a TV anime adaptation of Tetsuhiro Koshita's ongoing Hono no Tokyujo: Dodge Danko manga, which follows the daughter of the protagonist from his 1989 manga Hono no Tokyuji: Dodge Danpei , is in production for a 2026 broadcast. The sequel manga, subtitled Dodge Danko , has been serialized on the Weekly CoroCoro Comic website since November 2022.
