The official YouTube channel for Japanese rock band GLAY started streaming a music video for their 63rd single song "Dead Or Alive," which will be featured as the opening theme for the upcoming Season 3 of the Record of Ragnarok anime. The video and their new artist photo (above) were filmed entirely in New York. GLAY "Dead Or Alive" Music Video The CD single of "Dead or Alive" released in Japan on December 3, ranking #4 in Oricon's daily single chart on its first day. The band's guitarist TAKURO, who wrote and composed the heavy rock anthem, shared the following comment: We are extremely honored to be in charge of the opening theme song for a work that has garnered immense popularity since its first season. We produced “Dead Or Alive” keeping in mind Record of Ragnarok's magnificent story and the struggles of each character who cannot be judged by 'justice' alone. Furthermore, the song is a fusion of the world of thrilling action and the inherent intensity of rock music.
