The Gachiakuta anime adaptation just kicked off its broadcast and Crunchyroll simulcast today, and the official account followed with confirmation that it will air for two consecutive cours. RELATED: Here’s the Exact Time Gachiakuta Premieres on Crunchyroll Based on the manga by Kei Urana and graffiti artist Hideyoshi Andou, Fumihiko Suganuma ( DRAGON QUEST The Adventure of Dai episode director) directs the anime at studio bones film, with series composition by Hiroshi Seko ( DAN DA DAN ), character designs/chief animation direction by Satoshi Ishino ( Godzilla Singular Point ) and music by Taku Iwasaki ( Gurren Lagann ). The Gachiakuta manga is serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine since February 2022, with 14 volumes released in Japan to date. Kodansha USA publishes an official English version of the manga.
