Prime Video is taking us back into the wasteland in just about one month, with the hit video game series “Fallout” headed back to the streamer with Season 2 on December 17.

And yes, that’s Macaulay Culkin in the image you see above. The Home Alone icon joins the cast for Season 2 in a recurring role, “said to be playing a crazy genius-type character.”
Kumail Nanjiani also joins the cast for the upcoming second season.

“200 years after the apocalypse, the gentle denizens of luxury fallout shelters are forced to return to the irradiated hellscape their ancestors left behind — and are shocked to discover an incredibly complex, gleefully weird and highly violent universe waiting for them.”
Season two will pick up from season one’s finale and “take audiences along for a journey through the wasteland of the Mojave to the post-apocalyptic city of New Vegas.”
The highly anticipated eight-episode season will premiere on December 17, 2025, with one episode rolling out weekly until the season finale on February 4, 2026.
Geneva Robertson-Dworet and Graham Wagner are the showrunners of “Fallout,” which has already been ordered up for a third season by Prime Video.
The post apocalyptic series stars Ella Purnell (“Yellowjackets”), Aaron Moten (Emancipation), Kyle MacLachlan (“Twin Peaks”) & Walton Goggins (“The White Lotus”).
