NIS America recently announced plans to bring Etrange Overlord —the latest game from Disgaea creator Sohei Niikawa, featuring character designs by Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- light novel illustrator Shinichiro Otsuka—to the west. Now a release date has been locked in for March 26, 2026. Etrange Overlord will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch and PC when it launches. There’s also a limited edition on the way for $89.99 , and Niikawa plans to host an AMA (Ask Me Anything) on Reddit at 4:00 p.m. PT on December 5.
