In addition to highlighting its current release of Keisuke Itagaki’s Baki the Grappler manga and the previously-announced Smile! by Mitei Hattori, publisher Kodama had three new licenses to unveil during New York Comic Con 2025. Chief among them is Sun-Ken Rock , the 2006-2016 manga that comes from Dr. STONE artist Boichi. Kodama plans to publish the omnibus-style Perfect Edition, with each volume packing in two installments of the 25-volume series starting in 2026. Kodama worked with both the original Japanese editions and the Korean Perfect Editions that include revised dialogue in an effort to provide the best presentation possible. The new English edition also includes exclusive, newly-designed covers.
