Doritos’s limited edition “Stranger Things” snacks are available now, but that’s not all the brand has in store ahead of the series’ fifth and final season.
Teleport back to 1987 for the Doritos Telethon for Hawkins – a retro-inspired telethon prompting fans to leave messages of support for the fictional town.

’80s legends David Hasselhoff, Paula Abdul, and ALF will be on the line to receive messages from fans, bringing surprise interactions and Hawkins-style drama to life.
Callers may experience supernatural interference and a few accidental transmissions from Hawkins’ residents. Keep calling in to uncover hidden Easter eggs built into the experience.
“The Telethon for Hawkins is our rally for the fandom: think a nostalgic lineup of ’80s icons like Paula Abdul, David Hasselhoff and ALF, and a call-in experience that feels like it was beamed straight from 1987,” notes Chris Bellinger, Chief Creative Officer of PepsiCo Foods. “From retro visuals to surprise moments, we designed every element to make fans feel like they were part of the mission dialing into a snack-fueled hotline to the upside down.”

Select messages will be broadcast across Doritos social channels and billboards throughout the campaign.
“Stranger Things” concludes on Netflix in three parts: four episodes on November 26, three episodes on December 25, and the series finale on December 31.
