Kojima Productions' 10th anniversary event today shared new details about the previously teased anime based on the Death Stranding video game, including a teaser trailer, staff details and "Death Stranding Mosquito" as the working title. ABC Animation Studio is producing the animation with Hiroshi Miyamoto ( Precure Dream Stars! ) and Aaron Guzikowski ( Prisoners ) at the helm as director and screenwriter, respectively. A release date was not confirmed at the time of reporting. A live-action film project at A24 is also in development .
