The musical adaptation of Death Note originally premiered in April 2015, and to mark the performance's 10th anniversary, a new production is scheduled to premiere later this year in Japan featuring new and returning cast members. Tamiya Kuriyama will direct this anniversary staging of Death Note: The Musical , which will premiere in November of this year at Tokyo Tatemono Brillia HALL.
