Hip hop duo Creepy Nuts and the Call of the Night anime are practically inseparable, as the duo has provided opening and ending themes for both seasons of the anime adaptation. To celebrate the show's second season, Creepy Nuts released a new collaboration music video for the show's second opening, "Mirage," featuring clips from the new season alongside the song's lyrics. Izumi Takizawa and Nao Miyoshi serve as assistant directors for the sequel. Kotoyama ( Dagashi Kashi ) penned the original manga, which ran in Shonen Sunday magazine between August 2019 and January 2024. A short story series, subtitled "Paradise Arc," is currently running.
