Botan Kamiina Fully Blossoms When Drunk Anime Adds Minako Kotobuki to Cast

The upcoming TV anime based on the yuri comedy manga Botan Kamiina Fully Blossoms When Drunk (known as Kamiina Botan, Yoeru Sugata wa Yuri no Hana in Japan) revealed another cast member today along with character art and a character trailer. In the series, voice actor Minako Kotobuki (Asuka Tanaka in Sound! Euphonium ) plays the role of Kanade Gujyo , a first year graduate student. Takashi Sakuma directs the Botan Kamiina Fully Blossoms When Drunk TV anime at animation studio Soigne, with assistant direction by Shuntaro Tozawa, series composition by Yoko Yonaiyama, character designs by Kou Yoshinari and music by Kana Hashiguchi. The series begins broadcasting in Japan in April 2026. The story of the series follows Botan Kamiina, a first-year university student who tries drinking for the first time when she meets her dorm supervisor, third-year student Ibuki Tonami, who enjoys alcohol but doesn't like to drink in public.
