Shinichi Matsumi continues to direct BEASTARS Final Season at Orange with Nanami Higuchi continuing to write the scripts. The first season of BEASTARS premiered in December 2019 in Japan on Fuji TV's Ultra+ block and also streamed on Netflix exclusively outside of Japan beginning in March 2020, followed by the second season on July 15, 2021. Part 1 of the final season aired in 2024.
