Anime AzurLane: Slow Ahead! Season 2 Premieres in July

The upcoming second season of the humorous spin-off series Anime AzurLane: Slow Ahead! published a new trailer and new key art today. Additionally, it was revealed that Yui Sakakibara performs the theme song for the series, which is entitled “Shaisuma!” and sampled in the trailer below. The series will broadcast in Japan on TOKYO MX and BS11 beginning in July 2026. Anime AzurLane: Slow Ahead! Season 2 Trailer AzurLane: Slow Ahead! Shunji Maki directs the second season of Anime AzurLane: Slow Ahead! at studio CANDY BOX, with scripts by Yu Sato and Hotaru Asafuji, character designs and chief animation direction by Nana Mori and music by Fuga Hotori. Crunchyroll currently streams the first season of Anime AzurLane: Slow Ahead! and describes the story: This is a slightly peculiar world where the shipgirls live in.
