Netflix's officlal anime YouTube channel began streaming a main trailer for the upcoming third season of the Alice in Borderland live-action series, based on Haro Aso' suspense manga of the same name. The trailer introduces the returning two main cast members: Kento Yamazaki as Ryohei Arisu and Tao Tsuchiya as Yuzuha Usagi. Alongside them, Koji Okura, Risa Sudo, Hiroyuki Ikeuchi, Tina Tamashiro, Kotaro Daigo, Hyunri, Sakura Kiryu and Kento Kaku will also join the new season. Netflix describes the synopsis of the upcoming new season as such: It's time to return to the Borderland… In the previous season, Arisu and Usagi cleared every card's game and returned to the real world. Now married, they lead a happy life, though their memories of the Borderland surface only in dreams and hallucinations. One day, Usagi suddenly vanishes. Guided by Ryuji, a man who studies the afterlife, she sets out for the Borderland. A devastated Arisu is visited by Banda, now a Borderland resident, who informs him of Usagi’s whereabouts.
